Refund policy
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law.
**For a major failure** you can choose a refund or a replacement. A failure is
major when the product is significantly different from its description, is
unsafe, is unfit for its normal purpose and can't easily be made fit, or when
you wouldn't have bought it had you known about the problem.
**For a minor failure** we will repair, replace, or refund the item within a
reasonable time.
You are also entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage.
Nothing in this policy limits those rights. If anything here appears to
conflict with the Australian Consumer Law, the law wins.
