Shipping policy

Email **support@essentialwaresco.com** within 30 days of delivery with:

- your order number
- a short description of the problem
- a photo or two showing the issue

We'll reply within **2 business days**. In most cases we'll simply send a
replacement or refund you — for items at these prices we generally won't ask
you to post anything back. If we do need the item returned, **we pay the
return postage**.
